PTFE Coated Fiberglass

PTFE-coated fiberglass cloth is made by impregnating in
PTFE suspension quality E-glass cloth. The produce is a high
performance and multiple use new composite product.

Features:

1. Use temperature is between -196 C and 300 C,
2. With little surface tension, not attract any foreign matter, with self-cleaning function,
3. Resistance to corrosion from strong acid, strong alkali and other organic solvent.
4. Low friction coefficient, prove to be best choice for oil free lubrication,
5. Transmissivity between 6～13%,
6. Excellent weatherability in the field, with a service life up to 20 years,
7. Good electric insulation,

Application:
Due to its unique features, PTFE-coated fiberglass cloth finds wide application in the fields of
aviation, electronics, textiles, foodstuff, building materials, pharmacy and garments. It can be used as
anti-corrosion wrapping, lining and pad, anti-sticky conveyer belt, high frequency copper clad panels,
films for building construction, insulation material, microwave drying belt, flexible compensator and
friction material etc.
