C-glass Textile Yarn

C-Glass textile bobbin yarn is made from many 4~9 micron glass
fiber filaments which are then gathered and twisted into one
individual yarn. With the characteristics of high strength, corrosion
resistance, heat resistance and it used to produce weaved wires
insulation materials of electric machinery, woven cloth and other
industrial yarn.

One good property of C-glass textile yarn is its ability for acidic
envirionment. Our C-glass is good for applications with pH 5.5 or
below working environment.

Package:

Our Company supplies bobbin type yarn with various packaging arrangements.

The usual specifications are as following:

1. CCG 150 1/0 0. 7Z or S, CCG 150 2/1 3.8S and CCG 150 3/1 3.8S and other ply and
twist degree.

2. CCG 75 1/0 0. 7z or S and all other twist and ply degree

3. Sizing/binder: Starch-oil and Silane coupling agent

4. Net weight: 4kgs/bobbin (for CCG 150 bobbins), 8kgs/bobbin (for CCG 75 bobbins)

5. Packing: Each bobbin to be packed in plastic bag with its both ends sealed. Various
number of bobbins are packed into pallets for container loading.
